As President of Chase Investment Services Corporation (CISC), a wholly owned subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase, Scott built CISC from a start-up operation into one of the top Broker/Dealer programs in the country while navigating through multi-billion dollar bank and investment program mergers. Scott directed the Wealth Affluent Channel, Private Capital Investing Group, Retail Brokerage Unit, Retirement Investment Center, and other financial areas.
As Senior Vice President and Director for Wachovia Banks Asset Management Group, Evergreen Investment Services, Scott managed the national efforts for the Private Client Group, Investment Services Channel, and Institutional Funds Unit.
He also served as Executive Director for the VFG Group, an investment banking firm specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Acquisition Financing.
Scott has served on the Board of Directors for the Kean University Foundation where he was on the finance and investment committee. He was a member of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, and was on the Board of Directors for The Bank Securities Association and Chase Investment Services Corporation. He also served as a committee member for The Securities Industry Association.
Scott is an Investment Advisor representative as well as a member of New Jersey Real Estate Association. He obtained his professional degree in the field of long-term care, Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) and hold a series 6, 7 ,24 ,63, and 66. He has been a keynote speaker on financial, real estate, and economic topics at engagements in the United States and abroad.
